If you want to get bigger hips, this little workout routine will definitely

help you get more defined hips! Getting defined and more curvier

hips is pretty easy and all you have to do is incorporate resistance

and follow the directions!

Do these 2-3 times a week and make sure you use resistance!

You’ll notice your hips are more defined and your body looks

more hourglass after 1-3 weeks depending on your resistance.

 

Side Lunge with Bar

You can perform these with a Bar or something similar.

You should add resistance for the best results! For best results,

use enough weight to max out at 8. If you can’t use enough

resistance for whatever reason,

perform each exercise for 1 minutes straight!
